  • All tours can be booked both as private or group tour. No public guided tours are offered.<\/li>
  • The booking will be confirmed in writing.<\/li>
  • If all details are accepted by the client, the contract between the client and the guide becomes legally binding.<\/li>
  • Payment has to be made before the tour starts either per bank transfer or in cash on the spot.<\/li>
  • Your booking can be cancelled up to 8 days before the tour without any fees. The cancellation has to be done in writing. The date of receipt is decisive.<\/li>
  • Then cancellation fees will be charged:
    • between 7 and 4 days before the tour: 50% of the total fee<\/li>
    • between 3 days and 1 day before the tour: 80% oft he total fee<\/li>
    • on the day oft he tour: 100% oft he total fee<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
