- All tours can be booked both as private or group tour. No public guided tours are offered.
- The booking will be confirmed in writing.
- If all details are accepted by the client, the contract between the client and the guide becomes legally binding.
- Payment has to be made before the tour starts either per bank transfer or in cash on the spot.
- Your booking can be cancelled up to 8 days before the tour without any fees. The cancellation has to be done in writing. The date of receipt is decisive.
- Then cancellation fees will be charged:
- between 7 and 4 days before the tour: 50% of the total fee
- between 3 days and 1 day before the tour: 80% oft he total fee
- on the day oft he tour: 100% oft he total fee
- In the event of force majeure (illness etc.) the guide is obliged to provide an adequate substitute.
